Jessica Matkin, MSN, APRN, CRNA
Jessica Matkin, APRN, CRNA is a Board Certified Nurse Anesthetist and Florida Board Certified licensed Autonomous Nurse Practitioner. Jessica specializes in complete body and cosmetic therapies, with a focus on overall wellness, weight management, IV nutrition, laser therapies, injectables and aesthetics.
Jessica earned her master’s degree in medical sciences from Barry University. She completed her clinical rotations at Moffitt Cancer Center, James A. Haley Vetrans Hospital, and Florida Hospital Tampa. Prior to her Nurse Practitioner studies, Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Excelsior University while she worked as a transplant coordinator at LifeLink of Florida.
She began her medical career at University Community Hospital as a nursing assistant and moved on to become a licensed practical nurse on the neonatal, women health, and postpartum units, before getting her Associate in Nursing then Bachelors in Nursing.
Jessica has worked as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist for more than 15 years and added in aesthetic medicine 9 years ago while continuing to practice in Anesthesia. Jessica thrives on empowering her clients through her educational approach in the decision making process and by placing the highest regard to safety and efficacy along the way.
Jessica strives to instill in both her peers and patients the ideal that keeping up with ones outward appearance is no longer just for the purpose of vanity, but for one’s own health and mental wellbeing.
Samantha Williams, BSN, RN, FNP Student
Samantha is a Tampa Bay native with a passion for helping others feel their best—inside and out. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and has spent the past eight years working as a registered nurse in critical care, both locally and as a travel nurse. Her diverse experience has given her a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for personalized, compassionate care.
Currently, Samantha is completing her Family Nurse Practitioner program and will be graduating this summer, further expanding her ability to support patients on their wellness journey.
At HydrateGlo, Samantha brings a well-rounded approach to total health and wellness. She has a special interest in aesthetic medicine, where she loves helping patients enhance their natural beauty while building confidence. She believes that true wellness goes beyond appearance—it’s about feeling like the best version of yourself in every aspect of life.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, Samantha takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and creates individualized plans that support both immediate results and long-term well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising their three children and their family dog. Balancing family, nursing, and graduate school has shaped her dedication, resilience, and genuine passion for caring for others.
Robin Ellis, Licensed Esthetician & Permanent Makeup Artist
Robin is a highly experienced aesthetician with over 20 years in the beauty and skincare industry. She graduated from Shear Ego International School of Beauty in New York in 2003 and has since worked in both luxury spas and alongside dermatologists in the medical field, giving her a well-rounded, results-driven approach to skincare.
In 2012, Robin expanded her expertise into permanent makeup after receiving certification from The Beau Institute. She has also been a professional makeup artist for many years, specializing in weddings and special occasions, combining her artistic eye with her passion for enhancing natural beauty.
Robin furthered her commitment to overall wellness by becoming a certified Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016. She holds multiple certifications from leading skincare and laser companies and is dedicated to continuing education in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.
She is passionate about creating specialized, customized treatment plans for each client, utilizing a wide range of services including custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare modalities to achieve optimal results.
