Jessica Matkin, MSN, APRN, CRNA
Jessica Matkin, APRN, CRNA is a Board Certified Nurse Anesthetist and Florida Board Certified licensed Autonomous Nurse Practitioner. Jessica specializes in complete body and cosmetic therapies, with a focus on overall wellness, weight management, IV nutrition, laser therapies, injectables and aesthetics.
Jessica earned her master’s degree in medical sciences from Barry University. She completed her clinical rotations at Moffitt Cancer Center, James A. Haley Vetrans Hospital, and Florida Hospital Tampa. Prior to her Nurse Practitioner studies, Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Excelsior University while she worked as a transplant coordinator at LifeLink of Florida.
She began her medical career at University Community Hospital as a nursing assistant and moved on to become a licensed practical nurse on the neonatal, women health, and postpartum units, before getting her Associate in Nursing then Bachelors in Nursing.
Jessica has worked as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist for more than 15 years and added in aesthetic medicine 9 years ago while continuing to practice in Anesthesia. Jessica thrives on empowering her clients through her educational approach in the decision making process and by placing the highest regard to safety and efficacy along the way.
Jessica strives to instill in both her peers and patients the ideal that keeping up with ones outward appearance is no longer just for the purpose of vanity, but for one’s own health and mental wellbeing.
Samantha Williams, BSN, RN, FNP Student
Samantha is a Tampa Bay native with a passion for helping others feel their best—inside and out. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and has spent the past eight years working as a registered nurse in critical care, both locally and as a travel nurse. Her diverse experience has given her a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for personalized, compassionate care.
Currently, Samantha is completing her Family Nurse Practitioner program and will be graduating this summer, further expanding her ability to support patients on their wellness journey.
At HydrateGlo, Samantha brings a well-rounded approach to total health and wellness. She has a special interest in aesthetic medicine, where she loves helping patients enhance their natural beauty while building confidence. She believes that true wellness goes beyond appearance—it’s about feeling like the best version of yourself in every aspect of life.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, Samantha takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and creates individualized plans that support both immediate results and long-term well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising their three children and their family dog. Balancing family, nursing, and graduate school has shaped her dedication, resilience, and genuine passion for caring for others.
Robin Ellis, Licensed Esthetician & Permanent Makeup Artist
Robin is a highly experienced aesthetician with over 20 years in the beauty and skincare industry. She graduated from Shear Ego International School of Beauty in New York in 2003 and has since worked in both luxury spas and alongside dermatologists in the medical field, giving her a well-rounded, results-driven approach to skincare.
In 2012, Robin expanded her expertise into permanent makeup after receiving certification from The Beau Institute. She has also been a professional makeup artist for many years, specializing in weddings and special occasions, combining her artistic eye with her passion for enhancing natural beauty.
Robin furthered her commitment to overall wellness by becoming a certified Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016. She holds multiple certifications from leading skincare and laser companies and is dedicated to continuing education in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.
She is passionate about creating specialized, customized treatment plans for each client, utilizing a wide range of services including custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare modalities to achieve optimal results.

Kristin Gonzalez, Licensed Esthetician
Kristin is a licensed esthetician with 17 years of experience. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and proven treatment strategies. She specialize in creating customized treatment plans and home-care regimens tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Having personally experienced her own skin challenges, she understand the emotional impact that skin concerns can have on confidence and self-esteem. This firsthand perspective allows her to provide compassionate, supportive care while focusing on real, lasting results.
Kristin’s approach combines advanced skincare treatments, professional expertise, and client education to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their skin health.

Madison White, Receptionist
Originally from California, Madison relocated to Florida nearly four years ago, bringing a background in luxury hospitality, marketing, social media, and event design.
Before joining HydrateGlo, she worked for a high-end catering company, where she specialized in marketing and creating memorable, detail-oriented client experiences. Madison studied Psychology at Santa Rosa Junior College in California before attending Summit Salon Academy in Tampa, Florida, combining her passion for communication, aesthetics, creativity, and patient care.
As HydrateGlo’s Social Media Coordinator and Receptionist, Madison blends creativity with exceptional guest service, managing the practice’s social media presence while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they connect with the team. She enjoys building genuine relationships, sharing HydrateGlo’s mission through engaging content, and creating an elevated experience that reflects the practice’s commitment to personalized wellness and aesthetic care. Whether she’s behind the camera, behind the scenes, or greeting patients at the front desk, Madison is dedicated to making every interaction thoughtful, seamless, and memorable.
Bree Nappi, Licensed Massage Therapist
Originally from Upstate New York, Bree has called Florida home for the past 10 years after previously living in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in St. Petersburg and has spent the last six years helping clients feel their best through personalized, therapeutic bodywork.
Bree specializes in neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue massage, combining clinical knowledge with an intuitive approach to help relieve chronic pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process. She believes that no two clients are the same, which is why every treatment is thoughtfully customized to address each individual’s unique concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
In addition to therapeutic massage, Bree has a strong interest in alternative and holistic healing modalities. As a Level II Reiki practitioner, she appreciates the connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being and enjoys incorporating a whole-body approach to help clients feel balanced, restored, and renewed. She is passionate about continuing her education and expanding her knowledge of integrative wellness practices to better serve her clients.
